ASCCA, ALLSAFE company sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Academy of the State Customs Committee and “ALLSAFE “ Cybersecurity  limited liability company .

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Natig Shirinov, the head of the Academy of the State Customs Committee, the Major-General of the customs service Gulu Novruzov, Director of "ALLSAFE" Company , Gulshah Bakirli, and representatives of the company, Defense Industry Advisor of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkiye in Azerbaijan,  Ilker Turkgoz, the head of the Digital Management Department of SCC , Fuad Aslanov,the head of the Committee's Cyber ​​Security Department Turgut Valiyev, representatives of the Academy of the SSC named after Heydar Aliyev,  the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Baku Engineering University, as well as other public and private institutions and employees of the Academy.

Making an opening speech,the head of the Academy, Gulu Novruzov welcomed the guests and spoke about the future prospects of the bilateral cooperation established between the Academy and the cyber security company of Turkiye. He stated that the main goal of the Academy is to train professional personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market by creating an excellent educational environment. Novruzov spoke about the organization of internship programs ,the involvement of highly qualified IT specialists in the teaching activities of the Academy and other issues of interest. He  emphasized that Information Technologies  have become an important component of state security, and expressed his confidence that  the cooperation established in this direction will contribute to the development of education in the Academy and in Azerbaijan.

Later, Gulshah Bakirli, director of "ALLSAFE" company, informed about the activities and services of the  company and expressed the pride for the cooperation that will contribute to the activities of the Academy.

Delivering a speech, Natig Shirinov, deputy chairman of the SCC, noted that the Committee has recently implemented sufficient  digital solutions and informed about the innovative platforms created by the customs officers. Speaking about the importance of cyber security in our modern world,  Shirinov hoped that joint activities in areas of mutual interest would be successful for both parties.

The event speakers  also pointed out that there is a significant increase in the demand for personnel in the field of cyber security in our modern world, and they appreciated the expansion of cooperation in this direction in higher educational institutions which conduct personnel training in cyber security in our country.

Following the discussions, Gulu Novruzov, the head of the Academy and Gulshah Bakirli, the director of "ALLSAFE" company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

The Memorandum envisages mutual organization of training and education between the parties, joint activity in the direction of meeting future personnel needs, as well as providing support for the development of students' knowledge and skills, professional levels, worldviews, and other issues.
